Premier CC Inc. has signed a new tenant lease at Woodfield Corporate Center, a Class A office property, located in a prominent position in the established northwest suburbs of Chicago. The full service cable and network installation and configuration company has leased 4,693 square feet of the well-designed building, which was constructed in 1984 and was developed as part of the Woodfield Corporate Center complex in Schaumberg.

FixCore, LLC has signed a new tenant lease at Greenbriar Place in Houston. Greenbriar Place is a 146,700 square foot, five story office building located in the heart of the Greenspoint/North Belt Submarket on the frontage road of the North Sam Houston Parkway. Netword, Inc., an online provider of hyper-local advertising solutions, has expanded its tenant space at Younan Corporate Plaza in Los Angeles. Younan Corporate Plaza is a three-story office building located at 5959 Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Woodland Hills, Calif. The building is situated in the thriving Warner Center business district, which boasts high-end dining, entertainment and retail amenities as well as being walking distance from the Warner Center Marriott.

 Robert Park has renewed its lease at Graystone Centre in the LBJ submarket.
