The Dallas Back Society has leased space in Thanksgiving Tower in Dallas. The 1,411,056 million square-foot, high-rise trophy Thanksgiving Tower doubles as a Dallas icon and a desired workplace in downtown Dallas at the edge of the Arts District. Designed by internationally-recognized architecture firm HKS, Thanksgiving Tower opened in 1982 with great success. Soaring 50 stories and over 600 feet, the shining and beautiful Thanksgiving Tower overlooks the Philip Johnson-designed Thanks-Giving Square and achieves seemingly all of the modern possibilities with its reflective glass curtain wall. The building's distinctive cut back exterior design, referred to as sawtooths, zigzags or zogs, creates the potential for 16 corner offices on each floor. Amenities include the prestigious Tower Club, a full service business and social club located on the 48th floor, which provide spectacular city views, on-site retail banking and ATM, convenience store and shoe shine, direct access to the CBD tunnel system and retail shops, 24-hour security, on-site property management and engineering. A rooftop heli-pad provides secure and private access for busy executives. Reserved and unreserved covered parking is available on a monthly basis.
