Homeland Security Renews Lease at 2350 Younan Tower in Houston

 

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has renewed its lease at Younan Tower in Houston. Younan Tower is a 10-story Class A office property containing 165,094 square feet that is strategically located in the Northbelt submarket of Houston on Sam Houston Parkway just west of the intersection of Eastex Freeway US Hwy 59. 

The building is home to the corporate headquarters of Southwestern Energy (NYSE: SWN) as well as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. A seven-level parking garage with covered building access and abundant surface parking provides 707 total spaces (4.3:1000 RSF). The lobby features granite and marble flooring and walls. The distinctive exterior is comprised of high-performance, tinted glass panels and landscaped outdoor amenities for tenants include an abundance of green space and a fully-stocked Koi pond. A full-service cafe, 24-hour security, after-hours card key access and onsite property management group round out the Class "A" Houston amenities.
