Description

Two Westlake Park is a 17 story institutional quality Class A office building containing 455,142 square feet of space in the office tower. It is situated in Westlake Park, a 58-acre office complex located in the Energy Corridor, one of the most notable corporate centers in Houston, east of Texas State Highway 6 between Interstate 10 and Memorial Drive.

The complex was developed by Hines and designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and was completed in 1982. The building includes the 67,000 square foot WestLake Club, an athletic and social club located on top of the parking structure and a new deli has just opened in the basement to round out the amenities. The tower is 100 percent occupied; tenants include Conoco-Phillips, BP and Merrill Lynch.

The average floor size at Two Westlake Park is approximately 22,900 SF, with each floor generally rectangular for efficient layouts for tenants. An attached (via covered breezeway) 8-level structured parking garage contains 1,228 spaces resulting in a 2.94/1,000 parking ratio.
