pdfCHICAGO, January 21, 2011 ‐‐‐Younan Properties, Inc., a fully‐integrated, national real estate owner and manager of office buildings in five major U.S. office markets recently signed 25,000 square feet of new deals and renewals in three of its suburban Chicago office buildings.

Highlights of recent leasing in the Chicago suburbs include:

  • Bannockburn Corporate Center, Bannockburn‐ A new renewal and expansion of Emerson Network Power Connectivity Solutions totaling 13,379 square feet. Emerson was represented by Paine Wetzel. Jones Lang LaSalle worked on behalf of the landlord. Built in 1999, the building offers 209,255 rentable square feet and is situated in a campus‐like setting, with trees and a scenic pond along the entry way. Two major hotels and a health club are conveniently located within blocks of Bannockburn.
  • Younan Commons, Hoffman Estates‐ Two deals totaling 8,000 square feet. The new leases include The American Worker Plans and Husqvarna Professional Products. The American Worker was represented by CBIZ‐Gibralter. Husqvarna was represented by Podolsky Northstar. NAI Hiffman handled the deals for Younan Properties. Younan Commons is a "Best in Class" 101,981 square foot office property with an outstanding location along the north side of the Northwest Tollway.
  • One North Arlington, Arlington Heights‐ Two leases totaling 3,600 square feet including a new deal by BYD Corporation and a renewal by Hogan's Deli. BYD was represented by Newmark. Transwestern represented the landlord in the transactions. ONA is a seven‐story, 158,879 square foot office building located at the interchange of Rte. 53 and Dundee Road.
