Dallas, February 22, 2011 ‐‐‐Younan Properties, Inc., a fully‐integrated, national real estate owner and operator of office buildings in five major U.S. office markets announced that Transwestern has been awarded the exclusive leasing contract for both KPMG Centre and Patriot Tower, two institutional quality, Class A office landmarks in the heart of downtown Dallas.

Leading the leasing efforts for the properties are Transwestern's Duane Henley, Managing Director and Kim Brooks, Principal.
