La Grande Maison Younan Collection is a new French holding company, which serves both as an operational and a holding company for all European acquisitions and expansions made by Younan Properties. La Grande Maison Younan Collection specializes in acquiring luxury golf, spa and resort properties throughout Europe. Its first French acquisition is Château du Petit Chêne, a 17th century chateau and golf course in Mazières-en-Gâtine. The historic castle sits amidst 160 unspoiled acres of wooded park land, lakes and offers a spectacular 18-hole golf course, restaurant and soon will open four-star hotel accommodations. The Younan Collection also acquired Chateau de Beauvois, 35-room luxury hotel in Loire Valley, Hotel Saint Martin, a luxury boutique hotel with 13 suites and L'Oratorien, a gastronomic restaurant, and Chateau Prieure, a majestic castle on a hilltop in the Loire Valley.
