Younan Properties Promotes Tricia McQuinn to Vice President of Operations
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 23, 2006) Younan Properties, Inc. (YPI), has promoted Tricia McQuinn to Vice President of Operations. From YPI's Dallas, TX office, Ms. McQuinn will be responsible for overseeing and managing Younan Properties' fastest growing regions in Texas with over 4,000,000 sq. ft. of holding today. In her new position, she will report to Larry Blankenship, YPI's Senior Vice President.
Tricia has been very instrumental in our growth and in maintaining excellent operational standards in Texas, commented Zaya S. Younan, Chairman and CEO of Younan Properties, Inc. She has been able to achieve higher tenant satisfaction and retention while operating the buildings at lower cost and higher efficiency. Noting that all property managers in Dallas and Houston will report to her, he added, Tricia is bright, experienced, effective and hard-working. In her new position, she will play a critical role in implementing YPI operational discipline and developing new ways to run our buildings more efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of tenant satisfaction and retention.

Formerly Director of Property Management in Younan Properties' Dallas office, Ms. McQuinn brings 20 years of property management experience to her new position. Prior to joining Younan Properties in 2005, she served as Property Manager for Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE: EOP) in Dallas for seven years, where she oversaw 800,000 square feet of commercial property.
