Joy DeBacker - Regional Vice President Leasing and Operations

As Regional Vice President, Leasing and Operations, Joy DeBacker is responsible for overall P&L performance of Younan Properties' 11 commercial office assets in Arizona, California, and Illinois. Ms. DeBacker brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and in allied industries that support it. Prior to joining Younan Properties, Ms. DeBacker served as First Vice President of Property Management for CIM Group, Inc. in Hollywood, Calif., overseeing the Property Management Group along with spearheading the due diligence efforts in the acquisition of assets in creation of a $3 billion REIT. Her real estate experience also includes more than a decade as Vice President of Asset Management/Regional Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, where she oversaw management of 26 commercial properties totaling approximately 10 million square feet.

She held the position of General Manager and Vice President for Kastle Systems overseeing a portfolio of 100 + accounts totaling $2.5 million in sales. Ms. DeBacker also served as Regional Vice President for the Pacific Region Campus Services Division of ARAMARK Food Support Services. Her account portfolio represented $42 million in sales, represented over 500 regional employees, and generated $5.6 million in new business. Ms. DeBacker earned a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas.

Specifically she is responsible for the overall management and leasing of this 11-building portfolio. Ms. DeBacker brings more than 20 years of experience in general business and the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Younan Properties, Ms. DeBacker served as First Vice President of Property Management for CIM Group, Inc. headquartered in Hollywood, CA overseeing the Property Management Group along with spearheading the due diligence efforts in the acquisition of assets in the creation of a $3 billion REIT .

Ms. DeBacker was responsible for the P&L of the Pacific Region Campus Services Division of ARAMARK Food Support Services as the Regional Vice President Her account portfolio was comprised of 27 accounts representing $42 million in sales, and represented over 500 regional employees; additionally she generated $5.6 million in new business. Her background also includes more than a decade as Vice President of Asset Management/Regional Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, where she oversaw management of 26 commercial properties totaling approximately 10 million square feet comprised of office, retail and industrial product totaling $800 million in value and generating $100 million in gross revenues for clients. Ms. DeBacker earned a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas.
