1.4 million-square-foot trophy high-rise
Thanksgiving Tower doubles as a Dallas icon and a desired workplace. Designed by internationally-recognized architecture firm HKS, Thanksgiving Tower opened in 1982 with great success. Soaring 50 stories and over 600 feet, the shining and beautiful Thanksgiving Tower overlooks the Philip Johnson-designed Thanks-Giving Square and achieves seemingly all of the modern possibilities with its reflective glass curtain wall. The building's distinctive cut back exterior design, referred to as sawtooths, zigzags, or zogs, creates the potential for 16 corner offices on each floor.
