We also believe that transparency is the foundation to maintaining our reputation and preserving the trust of our investors, tenants, employees and the communities in which we operate.

Our management team has, on average, more than 20 years of experience in office real estate and substantial expertise in all aspects of leasing, asset and property management, marketing, acquisitions, redevelopment, facility engineering and financing.

In addition, a number of our senior executive team members have significant experience working for publicly-traded companies, and we are mindful of our responsibility to transparency in our business dealings and  practicing prudent financial stewardship on behalf of our investors.
