Throughout the economic downturn over the past three years, real estate has remained a stabilizing force in our economy. Younan Properties has capitalized on this opportunity, utilizing its proprietary turn-around capabilities and has built a large portfolio of office properties in key U.S. markets.

We will continue to take advantage of our market knowledge and hands-on asset management to establish operating standards that will further strengthen our organization.  Our senior management team has on average more than 20 years of experience in office real estate and substantial expertise in all aspects of leasing, asset and property management, marketing, acquisitions, redevelopment, facility engineering and financing.
