Throughout the economic downturn over the past three years, real estate has remained a stabilizing force in our economy. Younan Properties has capitalized on this opportunity, utilizing its proprietary turn-around capabilities and has built a large portfolio of office properties in key U.S. markets.

We will continue to take advantage of our market knowledge and hands-on asset management to establish operating standards that will further strengthen our organization.  These efforts and unique proprietary knowledge,  will differentiate YPI from other commercial investment firms.
